- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in software testing (manual and/or automated).
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestNG, Postman, or others.
- Excellent understanding of SDLC, STLC, and software testing methodologies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a passion for teaching.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners with varying technical backgrounds.
- Prior experience in training or teaching is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:-
- Design and deliver engaging training programs in software testing (manual and automated).
- Prepare training materials, including course content, exercises, and assessments.
- Conduct hands-on sessions using relevant testing tools and frameworks.
- Mentor and guide students to understand core testing concepts and industry practices.
- Stay updated with the latest testing trends, tools, and techniques to enhance training quality.
- Evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills.
- Assist in designing real-world projects or case studies for practical exposure.
- Participate in curriculum development and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
