- Minimum 1 year in a student counseling or related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and faculty.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage challenging situations calmly.
- Proficiency in using technology and tools to maintain counseling records and conduct virtual sessions (if required).

Responsibilities:-
- Provide personalized guidance and support to students to help them achieve their academic and career goals.
- Assist students in developing educational plans consistent with their aspirations, interests, and abilities.
- Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions to address student concerns.
- Offer support in resolving academic, social, or emotional challenges students may face.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify student needs and provide appropriate resources or interventions.
- Help students identify their strengths and explore potential career paths.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and student progress.
- Organize workshops or seminars on topics such as stress management, study techniques, and career planning.
