About The Course

Animation course of AIT will enhance and teach you the key skills needed for drawing,character animation, graphics, video production and learning about each process from start to finish. Many courses are taught by industry professionals who have extensive knowledge of this highly skilled field.
You will be expected to create works which can be used on films, television advertisements, cartoons and computer games. All aspects of 3D animation is covered, including modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering, graphic design and character animation. Alongside learning the core practical skills needed to succeed, students will also study conceptual and theoretical topics such as art, design, communication, narrative and scripting. Animation media allow students to become part of the 3D, CG, games and film production network.
Course modules will generally include Illustration, visual communication, animation, visualization, design, animation for computer games and general media.

Careers in Animation

Animation will prepare you for work in the field of digital media with roles as in film, television, advertising and computer game production being the main areas of employment. The animation industry is very competitive, and graduates may have to work at an entry level position such as a runner or assistant when looking for their first role. Freelance work is also a popular avenue of employment, whereby you can pick and choose to work with many different outlets.
